NPC-450 and the forgotten stuff

I think you forgot to add NPC-450 into the game. The sprites are in the game files, although the NPC is marked as Reserved and doesn't work correctly. Also, the airship vehicle! It's also left unfinished in there. Not like I'm rushing you, just reminding. Please respond soon.
